Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items back into their original Oliver Sweeney box and secure them within a protective outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
